Visitor Check-in & Survey Competition – Terms & Conditions
The competition is being promoted by Arts Connect Inc in order to gauge attendance, habits and opinions of visitors attending the Open Studios Sunshine Coast 2024 art trail.
The competition will be run from 10am Saturday 18th May to 10pm Wednesday 29th May.
Visitors may only check-in once at any studio via the Check-in QR code sign using their mobile phone to generate a formatted email to openstudios@artsconnectinc.com.au . If a visitor does not have a mobile phone with this capability they can provide their email address to the artist studio they visit.
Visitors will be emailed a link to the survey via the email address they used to check-in.
One winner each will be chosen at random for the Check-in competition and the Survey competition.
Winners will be notified by email on Friday 31st May via the email address they used to check-in.
Once notified, winners will need to provide their full name, address and bank details for the prize value to be transferred. Winners first name and suburb will be published on the Arts Connect Inc and Open Studios Sunshine Coast websites and Facebook and Instagram socials once these details are provided. Failure to provide these details within 7 calendar days will result in forfeiture and a redraw of a new winner.
Participating Artists are excluded from checking in to their own studio but may check-in to other artist’s studios and thereby take part in the survey also.
The Management Committee of Arts Connect Inc are also excluded from the competition but may check-in to any artists’ studios for attendance and survey purposes.
Prizes are $100 for the Check-in competition and $500 for the Survey competition. (GST is inclusive).
Arts Connect Inc, as the Promoter, accepts no responsibility for late, lost, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, illegible, corrupted or misdirected entries, claims or correspondence whether due to error, omission, alteration, tampering, deletion, theft, destruction, transmission interruption, communications failure or otherwise. The Promoter has no control over communications networks or services, the internet, or computer or telephone networks or lines and accepts no responsibility for any problems associated with them. The Promoter is not liable for any consequences of user error including (without limitation) costs incurred. Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt by the Promoter not at the time of transmission by the entrant.
