The First Nations Art Studio is a welcoming space for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander creatives to come together to create, yarn and connect. Artists work across a diverse range of mediums, including textiles, screen and lino printing, ceramics, sculpture, painting, photography, weaving, eco-dyeing and traditional animal hide art. The studio supports creative practice, skill sharing and community connection, creating opportunities for artists to develop and showcase their work. As part of Open Studios, a selection of artists are presenting works developed within the space.
