A visit to Open Studios Sunshine Coast provides a rare opportunity to see behind the scenes, attend workshops and to meet and purchase from some of our region's most talented artisans. With many studios and galleries dotted along the trail we encourage you to take a self-guided tour behind the scenes and discover the hidden creativity of artists living and working in the Sunshine Coast’s hinterland and coastal communities.
Pick up a copy of our event guide available at Visitor Information Centres, Art Galleries and local cafes & businesses as well as at the studios of all participating artists. The guide profiles all participating artists and provides suggested Art trails and maps to help plan your self guided tour. We also have a downloadable art trail planner to help you manage who you see.
Easy to spot signage will be placed outside studios and galleries so keep an eye out for flag banners and signs on your way around the art trails.
Coastal Trail

The art scene dotted along the coastline is as diverse, surprising and rewarding as the discovery of the Sunshine Coast's buzzing beaches, parks, markets and dining out experiences. Follow the art trail from Caloundra to Coolum, visiting galleries and open studios, and you may find some new favourite spots.
