Retirement brought Jim the freedom to express himself, HIS way! To exhibit where, when and how he wished, exposing his sense of humour and connecting with his audience directly. Through teaching, judging, participating and mentoring, he has influenced a generation of Qld artists and continues to do so. He works in any medium, with confidence and authority. Recent works address his other passion, the increasing destruction of our environment. Our native species are being lost or threatened before many Australians have seen or heard of them.
