Elusive moments with an element of intrigue are captured in Jennie’s paintings. Her subject matter focuses on women, often accompanied by the beach, clothing, or relationships.​ Jennie’s paintings have been exhibited at the 40 Under 40 Exhibition at The Butter Factory, The Brisbane Affordable Art Fair, and the Small Scale Art Award at Lethbridge Gallery.​ She has been Live Sketching at Events since 2023, combining her drawing skills from working as an Animation Artist in Canada, her eye for fashion, enhanced while living in Italy, and a quest for meaning which ultimately brought her to Australia.
