Robyn is a mixed media artist focusing on colour and texture to create two and three dimensional works which include mosaics, vessels and books. She draws on the natural environment; the desert, the beach, the forest for inspiration, and uses a camera to slow her step and focus her attention on detail, particularly the beauty of nature’s imperfections. She is currently working primarily with mosaics, coiled vessels and stitched/ collaged textiles utilising vintage materials, raffia, glass and found objects such as stone, driftwood and bone.
