For artist Tiffany Morris-North, her natural surroundings have played a huge part in her botanically inspired work. Having grown up in Melbourne’s beachside suburbs and then living in the forests of the Dandenong Ranges and now in the sub-tropics of the Sunshine Coast has given Tiffany endless inspiration. Painting was her first love but covid lockdowns encouraged Tiffany to explore other mediums. Her pottery practice has now taken over as her preferred medium. Her ceramics are an extension of her paintings, richly textured colourful and decorative. Her love of Australian flora and fauna is ever-present in her work.
